Your first step to finding a condo with the gsmls is to visit the gsmls website, easily found online.  You will be able to search over thirty thousand properties in the following counties: Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon, Union, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, Passaic, Sussex and Warren counties.  Click on the property search button and choose the county you are searching in.  Next, choose the cities you want to search in within that county.  If you are unsure of which city you want to live in, you can simply select all.

At this point you will be able to enter into the gsmls the exact details of what you are looking for.  You can enter what you minimum and maximum price range may be, how many bedrooms you need to have, how many bathrooms you desire, and even lot description.  When you continue from this page, the gsmls will provide you with a large list of homes for sale with your specifications.  You can then sift through the list provided by the gsmls to find condos for sale in the area you have specified.

If you want to discover even more listings, you can become a member and search listings more thoroughly.  Some listings are only available for those who pay a fee for membership to the gsmls.  You can often get access to the entire list if you are paying a real estate broker to find your condo.
